📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and reordering.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
