📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and overall performance,Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments as needed,Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare system and practices,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language
