📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to schedule vehicle use and ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all necessary repairs and servicing are carried out promptly.
  • Track and manage vehicle fuel consumption and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring all cargo is handled safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and are properly insured.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently.
