📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging coding lessons for students aged 7-18, using platforms like Scratch, Python, and JavaScript
• Create and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and other educational materials
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with other educators to develop and improve our teaching methods
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in coding education
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of Koding Next
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Assist with the organization and execution of coding workshops and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching coding or a related subject
• Certification in coding education (e.g., Certified Scratch Educator, Certified Python Educator) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Experience with educational platforms and tools like Scratch, Code.org, or Khan Academy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for coding in young learners
