📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and support.,Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the business objectives of New Gate Sejahtera.,Monitor and analyze IT performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems, implementing appropriate measures to protect against threats.,Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions for our company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lead IT role or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and regulations.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
