BRIO Group is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
