📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with information about our products and services.
  • Help to close sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve sales strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
