In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality products.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitor and control procurement budgets and expenses to ensure compliance with financial targets.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.,Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and contractors, to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role.,Proven track record of managing procurement processes and achieving cost savings.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian language skills a plus.,Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is a plus.
