📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation and management.,Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.,Valid work permit for Indonesia is required.
