📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles using tools such as diagnostic scanners, wrenches, and specialized equipment.
• Inspect vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Use specialized software like AutoCAD and Catia for vehicle design and engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician or equivalent.
• Certified in automotive repair and diagnostics (e.g., ASE certification).
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software such as OBD-II scanners and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
