TRACE Unggul is seeking a dedicated Deputy Internal Audit to join our team in Gorontalo. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of financial and operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations for improvement.,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Support the audit team in conducting special audits and investigations as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit activities and findings.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth conduct of audits and the implementation of audit recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
