📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Pastry Chef in developing and implementing new recipes.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of our pastries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery.
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries daily.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the bakery's overall success.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with local and international baking trends.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.
