As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Represent the company in HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
