📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disputes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
