Makmur Umar Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met and maintained.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are meeting performance standards.,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Work with the corporate office to implement and monitor store performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of store-specific marketing and promotional strategies.,Participate in store audits and quality assurance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving store performance.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
