📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to meet company goals.,Supervising the day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.,Providing mentorship and guidance to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.,Monitoring and evaluating department performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficient in using HR management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
