📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Provide technical support to staff and guests.,Manage and update IT systems and software.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place.,Monitor network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects.,Train staff on IT systems and procedures.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.,Strong problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
