📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Manage and train a team of F&B service staff to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present daily reports on F&B service operations.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall service strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
