📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement production schedules, work orders, and other operational plans.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing production processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with production planning software like MES or JIT.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
