📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.,Assist customers with their purchases, providing information and recommendations.,Process transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately.,Organize and update product displays to attract customers.,Monitor sales performance and report to the store manager.,Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies.
