📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the high standards of our restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage budgeting and financial reporting for the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
