📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the security and loss prevention operations across all retail locations.,Develop and implement security and loss prevention strategies to protect assets and ensure customer safety.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.,Train and mentor security personnel to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies to enhance the security infrastructure.,Monitor and analyze loss data to identify trends and implement corrective measures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security and loss prevention regulations and standards.,Work closely with retail managers to address security and loss prevention concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail security and loss prevention.,Proven experience in managing security teams and implementing security strategies.,Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security and loss prevention.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles.
