📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.

Develop and implement engineering plans and specifications.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Conduct site inspections and quality control.

Prepare cost estimates and project schedules.

Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Provide technical expertise and advice on engineering challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering.

Professional engineering license (SIPR) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of engineering software and tools.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards.
