Place Pro Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Senior IT Support to join our team in Mempawah. As a Senior IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Train and support end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.,Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Work with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory is a plus.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and data backup procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
