📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Ensure that all products are displayed correctly and are stocked according to the store's standards.
  • Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any stock shortages to the store manager.
  • Promote sales and special offers to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet daily sales targets.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and retail software.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
