📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments,Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies,Train and supervise security personnel,Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed,Maintain and update security systems and equipment,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws,Provide security briefings and updates to management and employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site security management,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Valid security clearance and certification,Experience in managing security personnel and resources
