PT Active Study Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Study Consultant to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in assisting international students with their enrollment and visa processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a deep understanding of the Indonesian education system.

As a Study Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our international students, providing them with the necessary information and guidance. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including universities, immigration offices, and students, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist students with the enrollment process, including document preparation and submission.
  • Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Provide information and advice on Indonesian education system, universities, and courses.
  • Coordinate with universities and immigration offices to facilitate the enrollment and visa processes.
  • Follow up with students to ensure they are settled and have a smooth transition to their new academic environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student information and process updates.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract international students.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and address any concerns or issues promptly.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in education consulting or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system and visa policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
