📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners,Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support,Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and critical thinking,Stay up-to-date with best practices in education and incorporate innovative teaching strategies into your practice,Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our students,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar setting,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders,Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment,Valid teaching certification or license (preferred but not required)

Strong subject matter expertise in the relevant fieldExperience with educational technology and online learning platformsAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learnersStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken)
