📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide level 2 technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Monitor and maintain system performance and availability.

Document and track support incidents and resolutions.

Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Conduct regular system checks and updates to prevent potential issues.

Provide training and guidance to Tier 1 support staff.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Participate in on-call duties to address critical issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Tier 2 support roles.

Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and databases.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Bash.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
