Lingkungan Krisna Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. This is a full-time position based in Lubuklinggau, with a competitive salary package of Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 5.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff performance and productivity.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Knowledge of coffee industry standards and practices is a plus.
