📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and distribute Infinix POSM materials to retail partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels of POSM materials and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Work with retail teams to ensure proper display and placement of Infinix products in-store.
• Conduct regular audits of POSM materials to maintain quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback on POSM effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns for Infinix products.
• Maintain accurate records of all POSM transactions and distributions using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail operations and POSM distribution best practices.
• Certification in retail management or merchandising is a plus.
