• Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring compliance with airline policies.

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service, travel, or related fields.
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
