📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring the optimal performance of KLA-Tencor's semiconductor equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to wafer fabrication equipment.
• Conduct equipment calibration, maintenance, and preventive measures to ensure uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with customers to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and industry standards.
• Assist in the training and development of local technical staff.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of KLA-Tencor's customer support processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment support, with a strong background in wafer fabrication.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of KLA-Tencor's semiconductor equipment and software, including tools like KLA's Process Control System (PCS) and Wafer Inspection System (WIS).
• Certification in semiconductor manufacturing processes or related technical certifications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
