📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute guided tours for international visitors, focusing on Jakarta Pusat's cultural and historical sites.
• Provide accurate and engaging commentary in Mandarin to enhance the tour experience.
• Assist in the preparation of tour itineraries, including transportation arrangements and accommodation bookings.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of tour participants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the WITA Tour team to promote and market our tour services.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, representing WITA Tour positively.
• Stay up-to-date with local events, attractions, and news to provide relevant and up-to-date information to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• At least 2 years of experience as a tour guide or in a related role.
• Deep knowledge of Jakarta Pusat's cultural, historical, and tourist attractions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a diverse group of international visitors.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and execute tours efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
