📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries and reservations efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to manage bookings, issue tickets, and provide real-time assistance.
Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring compliance with airline policies.
Provide accurate and timely information to travelers regarding flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related details.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in travel and customer service.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

2-5 years of experience in customer service, travel, or related fields.
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
