As a Mandarin-Speaking Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between our company and our valued clients, building strong relationships and securing deals that align with our business objectives. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your daily tasks will involve market research, sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Indonesia, particularly those with Mandarin-speaking backgrounds.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure deals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and business culture.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales tools such as CRM systems, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Indonesian work permit and visa.
